I specialize in working with women navigating trauma history, ADHD, neurodivergent patterns, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions that unexpectedly affect daily functioning. My approach is structured, trauma-informed, and grounded in understanding how the brain and body interpret safety, stress, and emotional demand.
Rather than focusing only on insight, sessions identify patterns, strengthen regulation skills, and develop practical strategies that support long-term stability.
